Appointments are very important to me and you, the client. I of course understand that sometimes adjustments or cancellations are necessary, and therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
When a client cancels or forgets their appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive their service.
less than 48 hours notice: 100% of the reserved service amount
no show: charged at 100% of the service amount
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled.
